Brazil’s Laws re Parental Alienation

pexels-photo-58461.jpegI already admired Brazil’s progressiveness when I learned that prisoners can take time off of their sentences with every novel that they read.  Prisoners can’t read just any book, especially not books with violent themes.  They relied on research that proved reading novels increases empathy.  For more on this program, see the link below.

Recently I learned that Brazil actually made it illegal to turn a child away from a parent. We’re talking about serious punishment. Not allowing the other parent access can result in change of custody or JAIL. These laws will prevent so much suffering. Click the link above for the statutes.
